School Meals and Menus
We work with Stir Food Limited to provide fresh, home-cooked and nutritious meals across Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. All menus use seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and meet - or exceed - the Government’s National Nutritional Standards.
Students can choose from a wide range of daily options, including pasta, pizza, wraps, salads, jacket potatoes, vegetarian dishes, and a rotation of meat, poultry or fish. At Brentwood County High School, food is served across three canteen areas, with additional breakfast and mid-morning options available. Students may also bring a packed lunch if preferred.
We are a cashless school, using a biometric system for meal purchases. Parents and carers top up their child’s Bromcom MCAS account, and students use their fingerprint to pay.
Fresh, Local & Sustainable
Stir Food supports local farmers, uses seasonal produce, reduces food miles and single-use plastics, and offers plant-based choices. Please refer to the Parent Information Booklet for full details.
Special Dietary Needs
Stir Food provides tailored options for allergies, intolerances, medical diets and cultural requirements. Their catering and nutrition teams work closely with families to ensure every student can enjoy a safe and suitable meal.
